We have another team that helps in publishing official notices and announcements as well. The Forum is organized so players have a chance to chat and connect with fellow fans. I can certainly suggest it to the development teams and let them know your concerns on it. My team doesn't manage anything with in-game moderation or anything like that. Everything in this area should be covered by customer support. We don't offer in-game chat monitors or game masters. No one on my team touches game code or anything like that. Clipping, permission changes, systems changes, and so on. A number of the issues you've flagged are stuff a developer would fix, not the community team. Generally trying to support and help players where they congregate. We also monitor and interact with Reddit, Discord, and others for feedback and such. We're building updates for our social pages, working with the developers to announce new updates, and communicate on in-game activities. Might just be a little misunderstanding on what the community team is responsible for. I regularly lurk on here just reading what people are saying and my team member Sly is on Discord doing the same. I'll make sure this goes out to our teams, we do a bit of work in bundling and sending off feedback to our dev team regularly, but this may not be known to players.
